Estimate costs of crime

Using unit costs and number of reoffences, calculates the cost of crime for each offence group and by expenditure group.

estimate_costs_of_crime(reoffences, unit_costs)

Arguments

reoffences	Number of reoffences by reoffence group.
unit_costs	Unit costs by expenditure group and offence group.

Value

Returns total cost and unit costs by expenditure group and (re)offence group.
